SALON POLICIES

Online appointments must be made 24 hours in advance of the actual appointment day and time.

If you are 15 minutes (or more) late to your appointment, it will be cancelled. If you are not satisfied with any part of your service, such as your polish color or nail shape, please state it right away so that it can be taken care of on the spot. We will only correct services within two days.

If you have any allergies or any medical conditions that we should be aware of, please let us know before we start your services. We will not be responsible for any adverse reactions due to circumstances we were not made aware of.

Ultra Nail Boutique does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen items or damage to personal items.

Customer Loyalty Points are not transferable or interchangeable between customers.Values associated with rewards on the point system are subject to change.

Children may not be left unattended at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

FOR ONLINE APPOINTMENT: Please write the "REQUEST NAME" in the NOTE SECTION such as "Chloe Only" if you ONLY prefer Chloe. If there's NO NOTE = NO REQUEST, then we will assign the first available technician at the time you check in.

We always strive to serve our customers on time, but on exceptionally busy days or unforeseen circumstances such as appointments running longer than expected, there maybe slight delays. However, appointments guarantee will be served before walk-in.
