Policy
Our policy is to protect your rights and guarantee your satisfaction with the service(s) that we provide. It is not affected by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
1. TARDINESS
For grace period after 5 to 15 minutes late – your service is abbreviated to account for the lost time. It’s suggested you to come 10 minutes early to check-in and color selection.
For after 15 minutes late – it’s recommended rescheduling or service as a walk-in. Your requested technician is not available to serve you this time.
2. LATE CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW
Please call to notify salon at 24 hours in advance for cancellation.
Only accept walk-in for clients who constantly cancel, reschedule or don’t show
3. HEALTH HISTORY AND ILLNESS
Please notify salon if you have healthy related issue that could be influenced by the nail service
We do not responsible for adverse allergic reactions with our products
We do not responsible for nail infection.
4. GIFT CARD AND REWARD PERKS
GIFT CARDS – are not refundable or exchangeable at any time. Gift cards are not redeemable if lost or stolen. We are not liable to redeem any gift card that are presented for redemption after the expiry date.
REWARD POINTS have no cash value, non-transferable to another person, and subject to change without notice.
5.SERVICES
We do not service ingrown toe nails.
No cash refunds will be given after you service done. As soon as you have walked out of the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails.
- If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied.
- No refund will be given because you have simply changed your mind.
- We will redo any service at no cost to you provided that you tell us immediately after we have performed the service that you are unhappy with the quality of the work.
- If you are still not happy after we fixed your nails and request a refund, then you have to go through our Customer Complaint Procedure by writing to us, state the reason for your unsatisfied after we re-did your nails, the photo of the evidence of the nails that were done by us. This procedure is to determine the decision for refund.
Gel polish or dipping powder (SnS) offers to repair or redo after 7 days under normal wear/tear conditions with the same service and color only, If you notice chips or lifting. within this time, please call us to schedule a free repair with original color of service. You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 5 days after your initial service.
Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.
Charge 50% for redo if change of mind to a different color
Nails’ shape and longer length are subject to additional charge
Please inform additional services (nail design, nail soak off…) when you schedule appointment. More info you give us for your service will help us put you with right technicians and extend your service time.
5. SURVEILLANCE
For safety purposes, our premises are monitored with Digital Video Surveillance
6. CHILD SAFETY
For safety and insurance liability, children must be supervised by an adult and sit with their parent while in salon. You are liable for any damage caused by your children in the salon. To respects our clients relaxing, please keep your children not run around, yelling or crying.
7. FOR YOUR PROTECTION
Keep all belong in with you. We not responsible for lost or stolen.
8. REGULAR POLISH
Please hang over your choice of polish bottle to your nail technician, any breaking bottle get $10 extra charge.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
